Fulfillment & Processing:
Orders are verified, processed, and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your package is handed over to the international shipping line, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Please note that international transit windows are estimates and can occasionally be subject to minor delays due to local customs clearance protocols, flight schedules, or uncontrollable weather factors.

How do I change my delivery address?
If you realize you need to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@vittoriohouse.com. Please note that once an order has been officially processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center, we are mechanically unable to alter the destination address.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@vittoriohouse.com. Cancellations can only be processed before the item has been shipped. Once your package is in transit, the order cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a standard size exchange or return upon receiving the merchandise as per our Return Policy.
